We always hope you found exactly what you were looking for however, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in original condition with all accessories and product tags attached.

How to return an item:

  1. Complete the Return Form enclosed in your package. If you no longer have the form, please contact us via our Email: [email protected].
  2. Include the Return Form with your merchandise, and securely pack it for shipping.
  3. Using the courier of your choice, return the item to the address indicated on the return form. We recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method. This service is offered by FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers. Keep the tracking information until your return has been received.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification informing you that we received it and whether your refund was approved. If approved, then you can expect your refund within 10 business days – issued in the original form of payment. If you used online payment as your form of payment, your account will be credited. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
